Director – Andrew Buswell
Andrew has 25+ years of experience as an Operations and Asset Management executive in mining and manufacturing. He held senior positions in operational and plant management for over 15 years and has global oversight experience for more than a decade.
Andrew’s expertise extends to several industries, such as aluminium smelting, alumina refineries, mining, and manufacturing. He possesses significant managerial and technical experience and is known for his successful stakeholder engagement across various sectors, including operational, corporate, joint venture partners, and government. Andrew also has extensive knowledge of enterprise management systems, plant operating systems, IT networks, and cybersecurity.
Andrew’s leadership skills include his strong strategic management capability, analytical and problem-solving skills, and his coaching and mentoring ability. He managed project portfolios and delivered projects worldwide, with a focus on change management and embedding new systems and processes.
